Refund policy
At Say Si Accessories, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before it leaves our warehouse. Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
What happens if my product is damaged or wrong?
While we do not provide refunds, you may be eligible for an exchange in certain situations. Exchanges are only applicable if the item you received was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong product.

To process your request, we require an unedited unboxing video showing:
● The package being opened from the outer shipping box
● The product in its packaging
● The visible issue (damage or wrong product)
Requests submitted without proper video proof cannot be processed.
How do I exchange my product?
Once your exchange request is approved:
- Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Ship the product back to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is verified as our error.
- Our Quality Control team will inspect the returned product. Once approved, we will:
○ Dispatch a replacement item, or
○ Offer store credit if the original product is out of stock
Store credit, if provided, is valid for a limited period and cannot be converted into cash.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for:
● Minor variations in color, texture, or design
● Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
● Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, or other chemicals
● Size or preference-related concerns
● Requests raised after the allowed timeframe
● Items returned without proper packaging or in improper condition
Important: Post-delivery wear and tear affects the lifespan of the jewelry. Handling it incorrectly, exposing it to moisture or chemicals, or using it without care will void any exchange eligibility.
We also want to be clear that any damage occurring after delivery, including wear and tear or mishandling, is not covered. In select cases, we may assist with repairs, but shipping costs for sending the item back will be borne by the customer.
